More About Will

I am a powerful and creative coach and leader with a proven track record of success in a variety of business environments that range from the manufacturing floor to the boardroom. I am known for being open, approachable and insightful and a bit of a geek. I am an expert at helping others establish and utilize connections in a meaningful way - I'm always looking for deeper connections with others.

By way of certifications, if that stuff matters to you,  I have an undergrad degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA with dual concentrations in HR Management and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. I also hold a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification as well as the SHRM Certified Professional designation. And most recently, I've achieved ATD Master Trainer status.

I currently lead in the role of Vice-President of Learning & Leadership Development at JLL® where I create content, design learning materials and establish leadership development programs.

I am an Executive Coach and Consultant.  Basically, I help others to identify and remove barriers that may be preventing them from what they really want out of life.

As the Founder and Chief Empowerment Officer (CEO) of Logiq Consulting Group® (LCG) my goal is to help you bring order from chaos by keeping you motivated and helping guide you through your specific transition(s). And it never hurts to throw in a little fun!

Why "Logiq"?

Have I mentioned I'm a bit of a geek?  Logic, according to Wikipedia, is the use and study of valid reasoning. The study of logic features most prominently in the subjects of philosophy, mathematics, and computer science – and I’ve extended it to business and coaching - quite the challenge, let me tell you!

So, “logiq” is my take on the more common “logic”.  I, however, spell it with an “IQ” because I feel that a person’s “IQ” and how they use it is the true competitive advantage needed in your life, career, team or company. (I just can't hide the geeky-ness!!!!)
